 I'm always seeing new paranormal groups  born in Canada and the United States this is awesome, after all the senior investigators of today must lay down the ground work for the investigators of tomorrow.

Investigation Forms

 Shown below are some forms Jeff Ostrander uses during his investigation, after all the investigation only begins when we are on site taking readings, recording audio or video.

 Before you leave the client you want to make sure everything is documented. For two reasons.

1. You don't want to have to call the client and and ask simple quesions about where objects were or if the blinds were open or closed.
2. In some cases your investigation may be hours from your home town. I have had to drive many hours to re-create photos and other questionable phenomena that occured. If you can explain things by having documented everything you may save yourself a long trip.

 Please feel free to save and/or print off these investigation forms I've created over the years, each one has a scecific use which in time I will be put up an explanation for each. 

 Feel free to improve on them to suit your groups needs or investigation procedures.
